Sherwin-Williams has picked their 2018 colour of the year and it may get you painting your walls before 2017 even ends.
The 2018 colour of the year is a deep sea-blue hue called Oceanside. The paint company describes the “opulent and mysterious” shade as a counterpart for hues such as neon pink and desert taupe (which sounds like an awesome three-colour combo, if you ask us.)
“People today have a growing sense of adventure, and it is making its way into even the coziest corners of our homes. We are craving things that remind us of bright folklore, like mermaids and expeditions across continents,” explains Sue Wadden, director of colour marketing. “Oceanside is the color of wanderlust right in our own homes.”
