Police are on the hunt for It – or at least someone who has a bad sense of humour.
Whether you think it’s funny or terrifying, somebody in Pennsylvania is trying to freak people out before Stephen King’s It hits theaters this week. And here’s why:
According to UPI, the Lititz Borough Police Department posted pictures to its Facebook page on Tuesday of red helium balloons tied to sewer grates. The department believes the balloons are related to the scary balloon-holding clown featured in the movie.
